After initially commencing employment as a Customer Service Officer Ross assumed the position of Bendigo Branch/ Client Services Manager in 1980 and remained in that position until leaving the Company in 1986.
Midstate Credit Management Services Pty Ltd – (MCMS) (1987 – 2015)
A founding director of MCMS, Ross, together with fellow director and business partner Robert Hands, oversaw the growth of a fledgling business start–up in 1987 to become Victoria’s largest regionally owned and operated debt recovery businesses at the time of its acquisition by Collection House Ltd in 2002. At this time MCMS was the largest single service provider of debt recovery services to Victorian regional councils and had an extensive high profile commercial client portfolio. Over the following thirteen years Midstate Credit Management Services Pty Ltd morphed into Midstate CreditCollect Pty Ltd with the further acquisition of the Gippsland debt recovery agency CreditCollect in 2012 . During this post business ownership period Ross held positions as Branch, Client Services and Area Manager up until his departure from the organisation in April 2015.

Twenty five years as the National Credit Manager of the Southern Cross Broadcasting/Austereo places Anne in the ideal position to identify with what a client requires from their debt recovery service provider. Assisted by a team of eight Anne managed and monitored accounts for Metropolitan Radio Today’s Hit & Triple M Networks, 3AW Melbourne, Magic 1278, 2UE Sydney, 4BC and 4BH Brisbane, 96FM and 6PR Perth, seventy regional radio stations and thirty television sub markets with annual revenue that exceeded $640 million.
